Plum Village Tradition Meditation with Honolulu Mindfulness Community
The Honolulu Mindfulness Community (HMC) is a group of lay practitioners who follow the Plum Village tradition of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. The group is open to those interested in learning the Buddhist practices of sitting, walking and guided meditation. In-person sittings at the Bodhi Tree are every first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6:30 pm.
The Plum Village Tradition is a mindfulness practice, a way to live in harmony with ourselves, each other and the Earth. It can help deepen any faith tradition. You do not need to become or be a Buddhist to participate.
